Update Xedule DPIA

Following the DPIA on Xedule in July 2025, it is time to provide an update. Xedule has indicated that it has now implemented most of the mitigating measures. The implementation of the measure regarding retention periods is complex and this is leading to a delay; this will be completed no later than June 2026. SURF Vendor Compliance will conduct a re-test in the coming months to verify the implementation of all measures, after which an official update of the DPIA will follow. For the time being, the current advice remains applicable: The use of Xedule and My Xedule can be continued unchanged.
